"We have old trees near my house. Some had thick branches that had died and could fall on a car or on someone walking through the yard. One of my avocado trees which I planted had grown very tall, but was all dead at the top after the hurricane. I called Tom Luke – Plantshouse Garden Design & Landscaping– and he was just wonderful! He got his aerial lift into my narrow driveway and cut a branch from a large tree that hung over my car. He cut off dead branches from an oak in my back yard and cut the avocado way down so it could revive. He was wonderful to have around: calm, friendly. You could see he knew what he was doing! Branches were brought to the street and picked up the same day (was I lucky)! My house is safe now and my trees will flourish. I want others to know that removing damaged or dead branches prevents insects and decay from entering your trees. When you cut off one branch, you allow another branch to grow! I can see that from another avocado that got torn in half from the hurricane. It now has branches sprouted all up and down its trunk! Tom was great. Have him help you with your trees too!"

After having a new patio put in, no sod was placed between the patio and fence. When we called to complain, they came out and covered those areas with pine straw. "From Start to Finish was the absolute best! Met with Keith on a Friday morning, received the estimate from Kristi Friday afternoon, and scheduled the work for the following Monday. The workers were prompt, clean and professional and went right to work. The work involved reworking the kitchen drain (which therefore included the bathroom drain) AND tunneling underground thru to the bathroom to change out the drum trap to a p-trap (approximately 10 feet). They went thru the patio. (Please note that other plumbers and contractors wanted to go thru the interior tiled bathroom slab floor, removing the bathtub and all the surrounding marble). This was MUCH Better, much cleaner, less expensive and kept my slab intact. In other words a win, win, win situation. Yes, the job was messy; no other way around it, but the cleanup after was tremendous! My patio was cleaner after they started than before! My tub is now draining beautifully and the drain will now be able to be cleaned out! With three dogs, that is a must. The job took 1 and 1/2 days and Kristi called the first night to see how things were going - I had one concern and Keith called me back right away. Keith kept checking in with his team throughout the day and also did the final inspection to insure I was satisfied. Keith also informed me they do A/C and Heating work. Tho I haven't used them for that (yet), they will be my 'go to' A/C and Heating people as well as my plumber. Thank You Keith Lott's Plumbing! <br />"
