They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. "Wanted to use the Big Deal  to repair water damaged flooring and replace carpet and then pay whatever additional time was needed to get the job done. The estimate was for the insurance company. Lucky I got two estimates because House Doctors estimate was way too low. The insurance company eventually gave me twice as much for my carpet than House Doctor estimated. The owner's response time was not always what one would expect. When I questioned the estimate, the owner did state that they did not have much experience with carpets.

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.
