In fact, the heat for the two areas is separate, and in winter when I turned on the thermostat for the laundry room, it didn't heat up. So I called him and he found out that there was some damage to it from the service fan. So, he got a new one and sent it to me, and I had it installed. He didn't take too long to fix it. He was responsive; he got back to me when I had the problem with the thermostat."
