"We received many estimates for this rather large project and were very skeptical, as we live 3 hours away. We were looking to have a 24x40 garage built at our lakefront home and we needed our sliding glass door replaced and framing repaired as it had been neglected and was rotting. We decided to go with Terin Wales, because his estimate was very reasonable, and because we actually received a written, detailed proposal in the mail, it was impressive! He was very easy to get a hold of and returned calls within the day (others did not). Doing a project this big, remotely, you need to know you can get a hold of the contractor and trust what he says. Terin did just that and listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions, pulled permits, cooperated with the tree service working at the same time on our property, and kept us up to date almost daily when we weren't  there.  We can't say enough great things about this contractor. Quality work! Very professional! Finished on time! Did many unexpected extra things that just solidify what contractors should do -please the customer! For example, our rotted sliding glass door frame, they spent an entire day fixing and reframing it, then made sure it wouldn't happen again by sealing it properly. They even replaced the framing and cleaned up the mess on the inside and it looks fabulous! We decided to add a window to the garage, no problem, we now have 2 because Terin gave us such a great deal on some he already had in stock and it looks fabulous!  I could go on, but all you need to know is WE ARE VERY PLEASED! We have many more projects ahead and we will definitely hire Terin and his team for all of them, big or small!   "
