"Winston and son came on time and were ready to do the job. They removed faucet and cleaned out hard water debris which in turn made it easy to turn faucet and flow was improved in bathtub. Noise from sink faucet was lessened when they cleaned out the erator in the spout. I needed air intake release in pipe for the washing machine to drain out without hearing lots of draining noise through the main pipe. They had to go out to buy the part they needed from hardware store. I did have a little clean up after though on bathroom floor and tub. Not a big issue.

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
