"Wonderful. Very personable, explained everything in detail, listened to all my concern's. Very professional, checked everything and made sure everything worked perfectly. I could not have found anyone better than Drip Doctors. Pipes that had to be dug up and replaced they returned the yard back to as close as they could before digging. When grass grows it will look pretty much the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumber problems and pipe problems. "All I can say is "thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" I live in Raleigh and my elderly parents are in Winston-Salem. They had been having trouble with their plumbing and were not able to get anyone to come and assist with pumping out the septic tank. They had called several companies and due to the age of the home and subsequent unit, not one would even come out and assess the problem.
