He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics.
