"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"The company did a complete roof tear off and put on a new dimensional
roof. They added gutters and matched what was already there. They
repaired the crumbling bricks on my chimney basically rebuilding the
chimney . During the process a roof joist snapped and the owner came out
on a Friday evening to fix the problem. They also came back to replace
part of the roof that got stained by cement during the chimney repair. I
found them extremely responsive and fixed everything to my
satisfaction. There were no hidden costs and the roof looks great.
