Luis came out the next day and had a very clear explanation of what need to be done and the timeframe involved, along with a very fair estimate. "I just got off the phone with Steve, who quickly responded to my request for an electrician I made on Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. He requested we talk on the phone and he could possibly assist with a quick fix. Everything he asked me to check and do, I already had done on the night I lost power.
