I got 3 quotes for my kitchen remodeling, US Home Services wasn't the lowest price but I liked their higher value of quality as a company. That's why I ultimately went with them. And customer service. every time I called I never got the voicemail, they are very friendly and helpful, available in the office. From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit. Mr Bateman came out for a free assessment. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company! starting talks with Rachel in the office about them finishing my basement in the near future!"

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "Golden Oak is a first-rate company. They were flexible in dealing with some last minute scheduling changes and paint changes, and met our schedule for job completion. All painting work was excellent! Cleanup each day was very good, although the sinks could have been left a little cleaner, and some paint marks were left on floors. The painters were extremely friendly and courteous, and their work ethic was outstanding. They took pride in their work, and made sure we were satisfied with everything they did. They always arrived on-time, and had the site cleaned up each night at the time they said they would be completed. The only complaint was with the work to install the closet. While the workmanship was very good, the workers did not clean up at all during the construction phase, and used our home vacuum when they finally did clean up. It clogged the vacuum with drywall dust. Once the construction phase was completed, painting of the closet and surrounding room area was done to superb standards, as they did in the other parts of the house."
