And customer service. every time I called I never got the voicemail, they are very friendly and helpful, available in the office. From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit. Mr Bateman came out for a free assessment. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company! starting talks with Rachel in the office about them finishing my basement in the near future!"

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
