The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "I reached out to Mike at Windy City and we set an appointment immediately. He had to cancel the appointment but phoned early to let me know and rescheduled promptly. He showed up to my home with an array of samples. Took measurements and spent some time explaining the process and the types of carpet. He even sent me carpet samples so I could lay them on the floor to compare. The men who installed showed up about 30 minutes late but got right to work. They were friendly and hardworking. All of our heavy furniture was upstairs so they had to move from one side of the room to the other. No small task since our roof is angled which cuts down the space to move items. It took them longer than they thought to install: 10 hours in all! The carpet looks great! And the padding underneath is the BEST! What a difference on our feet! I would definitely hire again."

They applied <br /> four sample stains on the hardwood that allowed me to make a decision on which one I <br /> likes best. They did a great job of sanding, staining and applying three coats <br /> of water-based protection. <br /> I would use Nex flooring again, In fact, I plan to do so. <br />"
