"Outstanding! Artic Air did a great job removing and replacing my central A/C. Susan in the office, Jerry the salesman, Mario and Nick the technicians were professional, polite and friendly. Installation required a lot of additional metal fabrication to connect the new A/C unit to existing furnace. Mario reviewed the new system with us, technicians cleaned up work site before leaving. We would contract with them again, Highly recommend."

"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional"
