"Jake did a great job fixing a plumbing issue that has been on-going since the day we moved in to our house. Jake was very polite and professional answered all the question had to ask him."

"Wahl was able to provide same-day service on my furnace that had shut off in the midst of our first snowfall this year. Within 2 hours of arriving, they diagnosed and fixed the issue. They recommended replacement options in the next year, but weren't pushy about me spending that type of money now, which I appreciate. I'd recommend their expert, timely team to anyone!"

"Woodruff and Smith relocated my existing water heater and installed a new more efficient one. They were on time, courteous, and respectful to my home."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"Excellent, great explanations of problems & what was required to repair issues."

The Mcvay crew is top-notch .. starting with the office crew and ending with a very hard working / experienced field team .. thanks to all for getting the work done quickly and efficiently…, thank again .. great job"

"I used this company to clean bathtub drains & install new shower heads & 2 bathrooms. They did a nice job - punctual."

"When your water heater brakes in the middle of winter it stinks. Hot Water Fast was able to repair very quickly. They were the first to pick up and I am so glad they did. I will not be using any other company for my hot water needs!"
