The $424.00 cost of service was after the deduction of the $15.000.The techs were pleasant and the work was well done well except that they did not check the outlets in the bathrooms prior to leaving and had to be called back as they did not work when my wife checked them. The breaker had not been turned back on.  I supplied the outlets and plates as well as covers for the outside ones. The tech called me and informed me that the covers I purchased for the outside did not meet code and he would have to purchase bubble covers or not do the outside.  I agreed to the purchase never realizing that what he was going to purchase was $48.00 per unit. I have since checked weatherproof NEC complience covers and found them with an average price of $15.00. This is the only complaint I have. I feel that I should have been told what they would cost even though I did not ask . I could have purchased them on my own and installed  the 2 outside outlets myself.

"We have a home warranty to cover things that go out when needed. For our refrigerator, it went out and it was going to be about $2300 to replace the exact same model. Choice offered us $400 the 1st time and then and after looking at what type of model, they offered us $700. It was better than nothing but I assumed and thought that it would at least be enough to get the same exact kind of fridge we had in the 1st place . I was a little disappointed this time. in the past when we have use them to do our pool pump. They did replace the pool pump at the Cost and we did get the exact same thing that went out. Overall, Choice is pretty good."
