"They were professional, took a look at the catch basin and rodded it to get water flowing. Unfortunately the camera showed a lot of roots and the basin has a retainer wall issue. So more work is needed, however they didn't pressure me to do the work now, walked me through the different options to fix and only charged me for the original Angie's list deal to rodd the line. I would hire them again, and just may to do the other work."

A service technician came and thoroughly inspected the unit where it was located, and in the crawlspace where it drained. Something was wrong with the coil, and also the pan that collects the condensation had shifted, making it spill onto the floor. We scheduled a repair, and the technician did an awesome job. He was also able to let me know if the leaking condensation had damaged any wood in the floor (thankfully not)."

Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
