"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before. The quote was very reasonable as well, considering he already had me locked in. My wife and I were already considering renovating our kitchen. Ed already gave us a quote for that as well. Great guy, great work. Thanks!"

He communicated with me every step of the way and responded immediately to any and all of my inquiries. Two years after the project was completed, I had a small issue. "We had a wonderful experience working with KSRP Construction! From initial contact to job completion, communication was always very prompt and concise. We were needing to build a wall to close up our loft (to convert into a bedroom) and KSRP provided fair pricing, were quick and efficient and got the job done right. "Honest and professional. The team did a great job. Communicated the whole time. Was super accommodating to me and the family. Would recommend to everyone. I had a leaky toilet that leaked for far too long and destroyed parts of the subfloor and the ceiling of the room underneath. Everything was repaired, reinforced, and picked new tile too. "
