Baker's initial inspection uncovered that my foundation was built of cinderblocks and was leaking water from the hill behind my home as well as groundwater from below. They scheduled the work and sent out Victor and Miguel to complete a full waterproofing, French drain, pump installation and backup system. The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

"I would not recommend this company. I hired them last year, Spring 2024 to do a stone patio for me. I got three quotes and immediately decided to go with Joey. He told me how he was just starting out with this business, and since my father was a small business owner and also did landscaping, I felt a connection. The work was done sufficiently and I also recommended him to three of my neighbors, who also all used him right away. However, within a few months 3 of the 4 of us had issues or things that needed fixed, which were under warranty still, and he gave us the run around. He never got back to one of my neighbors with a broken endcap, despite them calling and making multiple attempts. He at least came over to "check" my issue and said he would come back to fix it but kept scheduling and canceling and then eventually just stopped answering. I am very disappointed and wrote him a message letting him know, which he never replied to as well- showing he obviously doesn't care. "
