"Andy and Brady, I want to thank Brian, Justin and Skyler for the hard work they did insulating the cape cod attic, rafters, rim joist, garage ceiling, and adding the roof vents. During the time in the attic they discovered the return air was wide open to the attic and boxed it on the attic side so the return air now extracts from the room air side. It was a lot of work to complete in a short time and everyone worked hard to complete it. Thankyou Insulwise for having solutions for this type of house to improve the thermal envelope. I look forward to a more comfortable house without the AC or furnace operating every 5 minutes. John"

"Don't hire Home Genius to do your roof and siding. First, the employees don't speak English, play loud music, and even show up wearing pajamas. The professionalism was the least of their issues. They damaged many things on my property and then claimed it was not their fault. This included tearing 7 of the 9 screens, ripping the hot tub cover, breaking the garage window, getting a nail in our tire, and breaking an outside light. Just to name a few. I even had to buy a magnet roller to clean our yard and driveway. Despite all this, the roof is not complete, and the siding is crooked. They said they got the siding ''straight as they could'' after readjusting multiple times. They also did not hammer in all the nails on the roof. The cherry on top was the bill, which was much higher than the agreed-upon price. I wish I could go back in time and save myself the heartache."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

He was in and out of the house several times but always stopped to put on shoe covers. He explained what he was doing and told me how much 'stuff' he removed.
