"Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Carmen was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and made reasonable plans before the job got started. On the arranged date, he and his assistant Ryan arrived on time and very patiently listened to our concerns and plan of changes. They transformed our old closet into a beautiful walking in shower with great functionality. The other project in the kitchen was a little tricky because the original vent opening in the wall. Carmen was very flexible about our design. He took care of the details and found a good solution for the challenging work. We appreciate his commitment to his professional work.
