Several times, they were on vacation and not reachable by us or their crew that was onsite. The site crew was fantastic. The site lead did everything he could to get the project completed, to best of his crew's ability. In the end, we had to manage the project by finding many other trades people to finish the job. What was supposed to be a small project, has been delayed because James' oversold his ability/desire to be the General Contractor of our job."
