"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. They were able to fix my issue swiftly and jet the roots out as well. I love the fact that they made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving, to ensure the issue has been resolved. "James came up with several scenarios to complete the work and the solution was absolutely perfect.  Initially I thought this would be a difficult task however he fixed the problem and I could not be happier.  I did require other odd jobs which he volunteered to do.   First he installed my new wood blinds as well as replaced the wood trim in the bathroom since the wood had rotted from water damage.   He also provided solid advice on what I should do going forward so his work could also be classified under "Handyman" as well.  I definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs as well as handyman assistance."
