"Very well done! Tennant called to notify us of a leaking garbage disposal unit. Received a phone call when technician (Raman) arrived with a clear diagnosis before work was to be completed. Used an Angie's list special that was honored with no up-charges or additional work added. Drain Pro is now my go-to for all plumbing needs."

"Very supportive and professional without excessive cost. Explained limitations of repair and went out of their way to salvage my bathroom as best as could be done. Excellent job repairing the washer faucet and even installed a separate shut off valve in both bathroom and laundry room in the original price quote. Will always recommend."

"The work is fine, though I felt it was probably overpriced. Mostly, I feel like these guys take advantage of people who feel they have an emergency in their home that needs immediate attention. They over-dramatize what is happening in your pipes to try to sell additional services. I was glad to have the work done within days of the problem, but hated how terrible they made me feel. I would never go with them again."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"Highly recommend Ken for your plumbing needs. He was very professional, honest, and hard working. He arrived, did the job, and cleaned up leaving the site clean as if he was never there. Very friendly and easy to talk to. "

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Mckenna, WA

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
