"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. We recommend Chad and Signature Tile without hesitation and will be using him for future tile needs. Thank you Chad."

Although they were booked out a few weeks, the regrouting job was professionally completed, and the technician went above and beyond by also touching up the grout on the backsplash so it all looks consistent and new. "The entire project went smoothly and beautifully. The contractor went above and beyond the original scope of work to get the work done at the highest quality. For example, the 6-step stair upgrade from carpet to wood went three man days extra with no extra charge just so it would make the perfect look. As this was the first time we did such a big project, updateing to original plan is unavoidable but the contractor are very keen on listening and accommodating our changes at a fair cost. My entire project turn-around time was 3 weeks, which is amazing, given changes and upgrades we made made under the way. Other bids with we received was 6 weeks to 3 months at similar or higher cost. Since project moved so fast, you will need to be on top of the progress and work closely with the contractor to make timely decision and keep the contractor timely updated with what you want/don’t want to avoid any misunderstandings and costs for undoing. We will definitely come back to this contractor for future project."

"They were absolutely fabulous and the most knowledgeable stone contractor I dealt with and there were 5 all together! They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"
