"Friendly and professional. The repairman had to go under the house and he got wet, because there was a leak, and he didn't complain. He fixed the hot water leak and found a leak in the cold water pipe as well.He told me about the problem and quickly fixed it. He was gracious and met with me outside to do the paperwork. I would and have recommended this wonderful company."

"Our tankless electric water heater stopped working after a little over a year. After having several companies come out, we called Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. Ned, the owner, came out, looked everything over, and took the time to explain what was happening. He recommended switching from a tankless to a traditional tank water heater and explained the pros and cons of electric tankless systems. He even showed us information online about how the approximately 38-degree water coming from our pump house was affecting the system's ability to heat the water fast enough. Ned was less expensive than the other three companies we contacted and made the entire process easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. If you want a fair price, great service, and a job done right, we highly recommend Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. We have Ned's number saved and will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs! 360-761-9515"

"Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was early for the scheduled appointment and was able to flush out my water tank in a timely fashion. He also fixed my bathroom sink without charge! He was extremely kind and curteous. I will be working with Robert for my home needs moving forward. High recommend!"

"They were able to give me quote over the phone and also schedule me the next day! Harry called me in the allotted time frame and stated he was 10 minutes out. That gave me enough time to lock up the cats. He arrived and put on booties which was very nice, and got straight to work removing the old faucet and then installing the new one. He finished installing and cleaned up everything and explained the final bill. Was a great experience!"

"Our water heater started leaking and the original installer advised we would need a “custom order” and a replacement part that wasn’t readily available. After research, we reached out to Washington Water Heaters for a second opinion. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to scheduled us with a same-day appointment. Len identified the core issue, fixed the leak, and cleaned up all in 30 minutes. Stellar service , efficient, and very fair pricing."

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"We had received a quote from a different big name company for $2000 MORE than what Hot Water Heater Company quoted. Hot Water Heater Company sent their technician, Matt. He came out, gave us a price, went and got the equipment, and installed it - all within less than 4 hours. Great price, great service...and we have hot water!!"

"This company made the process of getting a heat pump (new installation) very easy for us. They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! There price for everything was way better than any other quote we received and they were very conscientious about how they made everything look. We are very satisfied with every aspect of this project and highly recommend them! I would definitely hire them again!"

"I called Washington Energy Services with questions about Navien tankless water heaters. Tristan called me back nearly immediately and thoroughly and patiently answered all the questions I had more specifically in relation to the Navien NPE 240A versus the Navien NPE 240S units. I truly appreciate his efforts and would not hesitate to refer the expertise of Washington Energy Services to any of my family, friends or colleagues. Thank you Tristan!"
