He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. "Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."
