"No commutation between transport company or dispatch & driver unless I raised ****, & called several times. A person was sent to pick up my cars & didn’t speak English, no information, wondered if my car had just been stolen, had to call for days before anyone called me back. It was very nerve racking. My cars were delivered at hotel I stayed in Franklin Tn. The driver was so kind & went out of his way to drive them up to hotel lobby area for my inspection . I’m in wheel chair. The cars were in great condition & were not dirty."
