Second job was to assemble pre fabed stock shed. Did not fasten all panels completely on walls and roof. Again needed taller ladder but can?t unprepared even though I had a ladder that would have worked. Left the job starting he had spent enough time while leaving things not finished. Did not install flashing either. Wants more money to finish after he agreed to fixed quote which is how most contractors work. Not time and material based. "
