"I was very happy with the service. The owner came out with a new trainee and unfortunately the new trainee accidentally tracked some soot on my carpet. The owner offered to have my carpet cleaned and refunded me $50 for my trouble. Very nice guys and they did a great job. The owner even explained what I needed to do to convert my fireplace myself so I wouldn't have to pay to have it done. I recommend them and will use them every time I need my chimneys swept."

"It went well. It was very expensive. We decided to go very high end, which was a choice. It was great. The next year, there was a really violent storm and a tree branch broke off and pierced the roof, came through it. We called them up and said they were totally booked. Since we had been customers the year before, they sent someone out on Thanksgiving. We've had no problems with the roof. They weren't the cheapest. I think sending out the crew for the repair on Thanksgiving was pretty stellar. They were punctual and they cleaned up very well too. They were professional. We just found them through regular means."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "SPECTACULAR!!!! I am so happy and my husband is too. We were nervous after talking to so many contractors but we felt that Ray Hubbard and Legacy Building and Design, Inc was our best choice. When we first met and he was on-time and could answer questions immediately about what we wanted when other contractors said they would have to get back to us. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but really told us the things we needed to hear. Where do you find that these days? We decided to go with Ray and his team! Now we are at the very end of this project and our punch list has only 4 things. As complicated as this was we only had 4 issues! We are picky people and my husband has OCD. Ray and his team worked with us every step of the way and kept us up to date and informed. Ray gave us one price at the start of this project, and we admit it was a bit high, but you we felt you get what you pay for---and honestly we had been told by references that we were getting the best contractor in this area. Turns out his family has been building and remodeling for nearly a hundred years. It made us feel like we were getting a real pro. Turns out we avoided horror stories involving some contractors---and we felt like we hired the best. We really appreciate all the time they took with us before and even after the sale. If there is any negative factor I would have to say that we were disappointed that the concrete truck broke a piece of our driveway, We paid tons for our new driveway. The good news-----we told Ray and he immediately replaced the broken section. We have a few other projects in the future and have found the Contractor we will use again and again. We highly recommend these guys!!! Well worth the money spent."
