"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

you have not painted or stain decking board it will crack. We do not 
make the wood. We just install it. If you would like to purchase another
board and have us come back out we can. We will charge $99.00 for a 
service call. Or you could caulk and paint board and you want need to 
replace it. Thanks Randy

carpenter told me that it was treated wood and should be allowed to 
cure for at least 2 months before painting. I don't think any treated 1 X
12 I have ever used has split the full length after installation. Your 
guys were supposed to come with a 1X12X12ft to cover not only the step 
but the full section of the porch. They called to say their local Home 
Depot only had 1X12X8Ft. and I agreed that would work to replace the bad
wood. I will now find someone to replace your work with good wood and 
stand by my critique of your work on Angie's list."

 I was contacted personally by the owner.almost immediately
after message to apologize for his employee's responses to the problem.

"Needed a roof repair due to a leaking vent. Our normal roofing company wanted $1200 to replace one vent. Murcia's promptly responded to our request for help, examined the roof and noted all 4 vents were failing (our home is 30 years old). They then promptly replaced all 4 vents, fixed the wood underneath, painted, reshingled and cleaned up all for less the the other (nameless) company wanted to charge for one vent! And best of all: after 2 inches of rain yesterday, no leaks!"
