"Very well-they were quick & for most part were able to do the majority of the work from the outside. They arrived very early & spent all day (ended roughly around 4?-didn't check the time) *there were close to 30 windows, one specialty window that a 2 man team installed. They asked that we move everything away from the windows to avoid any damages. Advised us to avoid putting items back for at least 24 hours to allow the seals to set properly. They arrived before I was fully awake-they want to get it done in 1 day! Would advise that you set your alarm early!"

"H/H service met my every needs with my home maintenance. He was on time each time he was called . I was very impressed with the Way he assessed the situations to see what was wrong . One time I had him out it was just a simple cleaning of my heating/ ac unit , and he did not try to sale me on nothing else ! He has been out several times to fix maintenance issues for us , generator, gas pack, and a tankless hot water heater . He was so professional! The tech was not qualified to fully diagnose or fix the problem, but with some patience, we were able to get the problem resolved. In the end, they sent out an electrician to diagnose the problem and a supervisor to execute the repair. Because the process took longer than their standards, they compensated me by replacing some equipment that was no longer under warranty at no cost to me."
