I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. His bid came in close to most and it became quickly apparent that his crew would delivery the highest quality and integrity to the job. His ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, the crew's many years of experience and overall professionalism, and the quick communication from the office administration all resulted in a great experience. A big shout out to WILL (Owner), CELSO (Foreman), and ROSANNA (Administration). Word of advice, get multiple bids and always verify general commercial liability insurance and that it covers the type of work that is going to be done. CXC's was easily verified...others were not and in some instance foundation repair was not even underwritten into their policies. CXC is BBB accredited, many others are not. I would not hesitate to work with Will and CXC again on my future projects."

What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. "Good service. This was my first time doing construction and didn't know what the process was like or the timing. But I can say they finished fast. Inspections were all passed. I had minor changes in the bathroom instead of having everything standard I wanted more of a modern look but they were not bothered about my changes that I wanted they actually even helped out with getting the perfect design. Deena was keeping constant communication and had a young lady come over once or twice a week to make sure process was smooth and it really was. Thank you!

I changed my backyard dramatically- added an entertainment BBQ and hot tub, inserted exterior fire place in the patio, landscape backyard. Drive way and walk way filled with rich interlocking pavers (huge difference), and bar alongside backyard pool/bbq."
