"We had already called another plumber on Angies List (Hayes Plumbing) to have ours replaced. But when he arrived he stated he no longer gave the senior discount as he priced his units so low and he charges more for labor for units INSIDE the home, etc.  So I called Right Solutions Plumbing out of the phonebook and told him of our desperation. He has a good steady business and after hearing of our situation said he would be over that afternoon to look at  our unit and see how soon he could help us. He was the owner - James Ratliff - and he was so kind and professional over the phone.  HE estimated our job and went to get our 50 gallon BridgeWhite (or something like that--- a very good model they dont even sell retail at Lowes or Home Depot).  He came with his assistant, Jerome (really nice young man) and completed the job without any hangups.  By the way, he doesnt charge more for the unit being inside and said he never heard of that policy .  I commend his professionalism and concern for our situation.  He is such a nice guy and well represents his trade. I will use him anytime I need his services.  My husband also was very impressed with James.  He was very knowledgeable and a good communicator which nowadays, just  doesnt happen.
He also has 24 hr emergency service and responds to all his calls. I give him my highest recommendation.  He doesnt low bid and then hit you with all the extras. Very ethical and good to know someone like him has a local business we can depend upon.

"Original estimate and proposal was handled in professional manner. Everything was fully explained and there was no pressure or "snow job". Everything was itemized and put in writing. The "free" hot water heater was not needed so received a credit of $1300.
The five man crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately.  Met with supervisor Mark and foreman Jose and reviewed job.
The crew laid down tarps for dirt control (looked good at first, but wasn't that effective. Attic insulation was still tracked in house  They did attempt to vacuum everything up.)
Crew didn't have a ladder so they used mine. No big deal.
They all worked really hard and there was no loafing around. Had the walls opened and new pipe laid out and ready to go the first day.They didn't hesitate in working late. Made the ordeal of having to have a re-pipe bearable. It was great to still have water all day and that night.
The crew were very polite and friendly and we enjoyed their presence.
They really appreciated the free lunch we gave them and helped cement our relationship. They all deserved a "Gold Star" for their outstanding work.
The next day layout was completed, old pipe removed and new tied in. New piping was flushed and  pressure tested. No leaks.
As a former building inspector, I was very impressed by their professionalism, work ethics and attitude. It's very rare to have someone "do it right the first time".The following day the drywall came and repaired all the walls that had been demo'd. Outstanding job.
 Only a few negatives:
Cleanup. 
Attic insulation that had been pushed aside was not put back.(still not done)
They also missed some shock absorbers which the building inspector caught. Jose came back the next day and took care of the them.  Bathroom exhaust fan had been stepped on and pushed down below the ceiling. Drywall man attempted repairs. OK..
Piping could have been flushed a little longer to get all debris out. Minor.
Overall I am very pleased with the work. Price was a big OUCH!
UPDATE!
It has been several months now and I find the installation was not as great as I thought.  Rather than moving the ceiling insulation, they installed the pipes on the roof rafters. Pipe insulation inadequate; water too cold in winter and scalding hot in summer. Don't let them take short cut!

"It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.
