Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
I am not sure if the service was worth the cost.

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."

"My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

"First We want to say Fromm the owner to the Installers we were treated outstanding. They showed up on time worked long hours and went out of their way to provide outstanding service. They worked extra hard to put plastic up to protect our furniture and drapes. While there was some dust they were able to mimics it by the plastic. This company was very focused on providing us the best service and always were very polite. Dustin the Supervisor was very Proffessional and a joy to work with. he was focused on making us happy dying the demolition and installation He went above and beyond to meet our needs. The other installers Micheal and Kim Jay were very polite and very hard workers. They did an excellent job and were great to have them in our home. The crew was very trust worthy as we left them alone over the six days that they were performing the work.. They installed hardwood floors and baseboards and it looks outstanding. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Intergrity Plus Floors to our family and friends. The office Manger Nash was very helpful and was great to work with throughout the project. He kept us informed of the recipt of the hardwood flooring as it was held up in the LA port. He followed up and got it out of the port to meet our installed start up date. We can' t express our appreciation enough to John, Nash, Dustin Kim Jay And Micheal.
