"Purchased tile grout work.  Was hoping worker would find minimal damage, and could just use the time to refresh grout, but knew that was unlikely.  He let me know about areas of damage / excessive wear that I'd suspected, and he verified.  He spent most of the time working on patching those areas, then refreshed some of the more "tired" areas before leaving.  Stayed longer than the allotted time, to be sure that the most needed areas were addressed, and I was billed later for the additional time. Definitely worth it.

"My husband and I needed to have our bathroom and kitchen remodeled. We solicited quotes from 3 contractors and selected Dougherty to do the work. Since my husband and I are both retired we had plenty of interaction with the Dougherty staff and their subcontractors. We were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I love my new kitchen and bathroom! Yes, there were minor problems, but we have an old house and went into the project knowing they might uncover some things. Their staff collaborated with us when any issues arose so that we could reach a workable solution. The final cost was within 10% of the original bid, mostly due to cabinet upgrades. We have since contracted separately with three of the Dougherty subs, one for routine HVAC maintenance and the others for a large room that needed drywall repair and painting. I would hire Dougherty again without hesitation."

"Hired them to hang sheet rock for a renovation. The end result was great and the workers were nice. Only will mention that they didn't seem set up to do work in existing homes. Showed up on a wet day without any floor protection for our hardwood floors I specifically pointed out during the estimate needed to be protected. Would use them again though."

Andrea's design and product choices were perfect for our home again. We had 1 full bath and a powder room. We ended up with 2 full baths and again are thrilled with the final product. The project started 2 months earlier than expected which is unheard of in the construction business and was completed on time. From our kitchen remodel to now they hired some great people, adding Terrell in customer service was a smart move as he is a great communicator. Mark, the project manager, Kevin the project foreman, Rahn the plumber and all others that worked on this project were professional, dependable, gave us suggestions and just good people. And then Lee came to do final painting touch ups and his work and his work ethic was amazing. I work in the construction industry and am very aware that most construction projects come with issues, I am happy to say this one had very few."
