"Before ordering my new cooktop, I emailed Harvey the manuals for both my old cooktop and the new one, so that he could check out the specs and make sure the new one would fit into the same space in the island. He assured me it would so I ordered the new cooktop and we set an appointment based on expected arrival. When the cooktop was late being delivered, I called Harvey and he had no problem with the delay; he told me to just call when the cooktop arrived and if he was available that day he would come by to install it. It delivered late, so he came the next morning. The installation went quickly with no problems, except that the cooktop did not come with two latches that can be used to hold it more securely in place. Harvey said if I ordered the latches he could install them for me if I prefer, but that it's something I could easily do myself and he showed me where and how to install them. I appreciated that he didn't take advantage of an opportunity to make an extra service fee on a job that would have taken him five minutes. I was very happy with Harvey's responsiveness, flexibility, and professionalism."

The part was ordered and the technician arrived the next day as scheduled to complete the repair. <br /> I was disappointed that the technician did not use footwear protectors in the house. It has been my experience that other provides of this nature use them regularly. Otherwise the service was completed satisfactorily. <br /> <br />"
