After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List.

Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way.

He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport.

Michael has been very well mannered, friendly and helpful to us and we are extremely happy with his service.

"I had a nightmare situation with my home warranty company where I had been waiting 50+ days with no end in site for getting my AC fixed. I just needed a fan motor and capacitor but they were doing nothing. I called Grove & Son and not only did he agree to come out, but he had a couple cancellations and offered to come earlier. He ordered the parts needed, had them overnighted and in 2 days my unit was fixed and is running fantastic. Not only that but he was a friendly, professional, great conversationalist and an understanding ear. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The movers were great! They were courteous, professional and very efficient. However, their dispatcher called me earlier and said they will be 2 hours early, causing me to run around and panic, then in fact they were 2 or 3 hours late (from the original time). TO make up for it though, they sent in an extra person to help with the move. I would probably use their services again (Especially with such a great price)
