David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin.
