"Erik showed up earlier than promised, pressure tested our lines and found a second previously undetected leak in our propane line, repaired the leak for a fair price, and helped my husband and I decide between a traditional hot water heater and a tankless one. He worked with photos we provided of available drains and was able to install the tankless water heater over New Years within one day. He was pleasant to work with and kept me apprised of everything that was happening. He dealt directly with the Amerigas people so I didn’t have to be the middleman. I would recommend this courteous young man to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced.
