NMTI-GC arrived to install a new roof sooner than we had dreamed they could, and worked steadily in cold conditions until the work was completed. The roof has now held up well through 3 rainstorms. The crew, led by Wilson, was pleasant, professional, and hard-working, and we think they are honest. The cost was reasonable. "This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

"On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Had a great experience from start to finish. Chris Lacky came to the house and assessed the project size and spent a lot of time explaining the metal roofing options and we settled on a shingle looking aluminum roof. After a short life for our previous asphalt roof we decided to go with metal. The scheduling had a few bumps due to the rainy summer but ECMR kept us up to date and when they scheduled the install, the took care of all the deliveries and dumpster needs. We had Baha and his instal crew for our job and they were non-stop workers staying well into darkness during the install including working a couple of weekend days to make up for rain days. Baha was dedicated to doing a quality install and he made it happen. His crew also were very neat in keeping the area cleaned up during the process. Great experience and looking for many years service from the roof."

"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"
