When he was done, my project wound up costing almost $10,000. Voicemails to the project manager went unreturned for a week and a half. Finally received an email after escalating and got a simple email stating that the tech shaved off some cost and that I authorized the additional work. Needless to say, this felt like a bait and switch and left me with an extremely poor opinion of this company. Needless to say, I will never be doing work with TerraFirma again."
