He said that he estimated the total cost would probably be around $175.00, quite reasonable, I thought, and that it would take at the most three hours. We made an appointment for him to come at a mutually comfortable time. He came right on time with a nice, treated 4 by 4 that would resist rotting and several tools. He was comfortable with me taking many photos and asking him questions as he worked. It took him about two hours and twenty minutes to finish. He cleaned up nicely. The repair was totally positive in the quality of his work and his kind, informative spirit. Thank you very much, Curtis!!"
