"Our garage door would not go down. We noticed the cables off and called Action door for repair. When Myles got here we found out the spring was actually broken. Myles went all the way back to the shop in Grants Pass to get the spring we needed (we live in Merlin) and came back to install it for us. This was all after 5:00 at night! Not only did he fix the door he checked our other garage doors and lubricated them for us before leaving. I asked him questions about getting new doors and he answered honestly and did not pressure me or try to sell me anything. Friendly, professional service! I highly recommend them."

"Roy was pleasant and professional from the get-go.  We had to wait a few days to get an appt to replace the garbage disposal but I had heard how good (and therefore busy!)  he was so I was willing to wait.  He even called before the appt to tell us of a sale on garbage disposals at Costco! <br /> He arrived 5 minutes early, was clean and appropriately dressed and got to work immediately.  The garbage disposal we had purchased as the replacement was quite large and exceptionally heavy but Roy managed to handle it quite nicely.  He installed it in a reasonable amount of time and everything worked wonderfully. <br /> We asked him if he could replace two furnace filters that were in the topmost part of a 15' tall room and he readily agreed to do it right then!  We were very pleased about this. <br /> The final charge of only $70 was, in my opinion, more than reasonable so we paid a bit more to let Roy know how much we appreciated his hard work. <br /> He left a clean work area and did both jobs exceptionally well and efficiently.  I will definitely be calling him back for future repairs and fixes.  I heartily recommend Roy Gilmore. <br />"
