"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

They went right to work on installing a sewer pump and connecting it to the main sewer line in our unfinished basement so that we can have out downstairs bathroom built. They were very neat, and explained everything they were doing. We got very quick response from this company. They were close by when we called last week and came right away to look at what we needed and gave us an estimate. When we are ready to have the drains and water supply hooked up, we will definitely call them back."

They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too.
