"Went into store and quot;just shopping.and quot; Consultant was low-pressure and helped us understand what we get for our money at each step moving from most economical to high-priced. Made layout suggestions we hadn't thought of, including moving stove 10and quot; to accommodate a city code we didn't know about, what kind of refrigerator would fit best for the size of the kitchen and the cabinets we were selecting, addition of full-extension pantry drawers (awfully glad they told us about these!), rescue of some space that was wasted with the old cabinets. Once decision made, installation was exactly when they predicted it would be, and was done in one day. Small kitchen, but we were still impressed. They sent manager out for inspection after it was done and to ensure we were satisfied. Only thing we might have done differently would be to upgrade a few more of the drawers to bull-extension self-closing (awfully nice feature!) <br />"

"We were looking for ideas and estimates to redo our kitchen cabinets to completely change their color and appearance.  Our cabinet arrangement is complicated, complicating the project.  Chris Rizzi, the owner of Precise Construction and Design, came to our house and discussed a number of ideas and options he could do.  He came out of his way to come to the house, since we are out of Spokane, and was very enthusiastic and accommodating.  He is a true craftsman, to whom  quality really matters.  We asked him for a quote on custom door and drawer fronts stained to match existing decor, which he provided quickly.  Although we did not go forward with the project, we feel Chris would have done an excellent job and the doors would have been beautiful. <br />"

"Overall it went pretty well. We worked with a kitchen architect who did the design. The cabinets were build according to design, we had to switch some things around, as they didn't quite work as pictured in the design. Installer was very good and we were OK with the changes that needed to be made on site."
