"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. "we hired JUSTIN to fix our washer which would not gointo the wash cycle. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately within a short time he diagnosed the problem and showed us the broken part to be replaced. He ordered the part from the parts house and returned the NEXT DAY to install it. His price was VERY REASONABLE and he said we should have many more years of service from our wash machine. "Para Services is a dream come true for my aging husband and me - with their help, we can now hope to spend the next decade in our own home instead of moving to a retirement community. For our first visit, two highly competent (and personable) technicians showed up and spent the day reviewing everything in our house that could possibly need maintenance or repair. We were astonished by how much they got done. For example, one of them even climbed onto the roof where they found and nailed down some loose shingles. They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. "Mena has been out to my house to fix my Speed Queen dryer twice. Each time my dryer was back in service with one service appointment I was able to schedule within within 2-3 days. The first time Mena took care of my dryer it was under warranty and kept running without shutting off. I was going through Speed Queen for service and the first company they sent out came 2 or 3 times and each time the problem kept happening, they were unable to diagnose and fix it. Thankfully, I was able to get them to send a second company and Mena came out. He examined my dryer, was able to see some sort of short in the dryer, happened to have the part needed for the repair on the truck, and fixed the problem correctly in that first appointment. My dryer if working fine for over two years now. The second time I had Mena come out, there were metal pieces sticking out of my dryer. He talked with me on the phone, had me send pictures and determined it was the moisture sensor. He ordered part & dryer fixed!"
