"Our home siding replacement, roof/gutter replacement went very well from the first contact. There was no hard sell and we were given an extremely competitive bid. Timothy gave us very detailed explanations of every aspect of the removal and installation of the siding, roof, gutters and 2 skylights, answering every question we had in layman's terms. We received weekly schedule updates until they moved in and began work on the siding. Despite beginning in February, a cold and extremely wet season, it didn't slow them down. The guys that installed our siding were great! They were very proficient and took their work seriously. They were also thoughtful about consulting us about our preferences related to minor finishing details. They worked safely and kept a very clean worksite, cleaning up after themselves each day. Amber was our contact at their home office and she called us every day to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately, we had none since it all went so smoothly and like clockwork. The only unfortunate issue that occurred during our project was the lockdown and quarantine due to Covid-19. Northern Pacific Exteriors bent over backwards to get our projects completed before the lockdown, even by bringing in extra workers to complete the roof. We are so thankful for that! "Omer & Eddie designed & built our new deck. They did all the drawings, submitted to the city for permits, scheduled the work and completed the install. The scope was very clear and timeline was communicated pretty well. "

"I selected Side-Pro because they were the most professional, direct and honest of the contractors I interviewed. The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

"The home looks new and craftsmanship was great. The thing that stood out for us was the customer service and crew that worked on our home. The office staff were very response during the bidding process and through the project. I was emailed a response in less than 24 hours for every question I had, and I never felt like I couldn't ask even small detail questions. The crew on site were professional, showed up every morning at 8am six days a week until the project was completed which differed from other contractors we have had that often were working multiple parallel jobs and weren't consistent. The crew was extremely friendly even my neighbors commented that they thought the crew was great. The project manager was always super helpful. We had several discovered work items and things I wanted to tweak. Perdue Builders always said yes and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them with the change requests or when I asked about fine details. I also appreciated that the crew took care of all the details such as reattaching new lights, accessories, painting to few areas that weren't replaced to match so that there wasn't follow up work for me to do. Overall great value, team, and love the results."

"The Rain City Exteriors Team recently did some work for a new school we opened in Bellevue WA. The front of the large building needed siding about three feet down to close a large gap from building to ground and it needed to match the existing exterior already in place from years back. Additionally, the job needed to be completed in an extremely short time frame. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they matched the existing siding to where you cannot tell the difference. "I hate not giving five stars because the installation crews were great and did an awesome job. The project managers on the other hand left much to be desired. First one was unresponsive, project was delayed for months because of him. 2nd was slightly better but it still took 6 months for them to complete the project. They installed a French door with the wrong glass because "it's the only one we had in the warehouse". It was also for a 2x4 frame when we had a 2 x6 frame, which they had to wait 3 more weeks for an extension kit to come in to finish it, and replace the glass. I originally went with them to have them build a deck and repair the siding but I doubt I will go back to them now. Again, install crew is amazing and would recommend them for that reason alone. Although they did leave the old windows in a pile outside my house for months and it took threatening charging them for what it would cost to have someone else clean it up for them to come pick it up."
