It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Steve reconnected a wire for a 3-way switch controlling the fixture. He also installed an exterior floodlight motion sensor and 2 new flood lamp holders in the rear of the house. Steve was accurate, quick, and explained what he was doing."
