"Absolutely amazing service. Top Shelf installed our new Furnace, Humidifier and Hot Water Heater 2 years ago. It was working great until yesterday. It wasn't blowing any air. I texted Kevin at 8:00 am and Chris was here by 9:00 am. The motor had gone out. Chris replaced it and was done by 11:30 am. It is working great. The warranty on the furnace covered everything. We can't say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. "We had two plumbing companies previously deal w our plumbing issues, it took Beacon to solve the problem! Using a high resolution camera to examine the main line it was found the cast pipe under the house and extending about 5 feet beyond the foundation needed to be replaced. Beacon replaced the pipe, installed a clean out and repaired some other pre-existing problems. They did all this is one day at a fair price! Would definitely recommend Beacon plumbing."
