"This started as a water leak, and snowballed into all the old water and sewer lines being replaced. I was kept informed at every step, the professionalism is beyond words, and the work was completed several days early. I would recommend this company for any plumbing problem."

"It cost a flat fee of 334.00 to clear a rag out of the main line outside the house. I am fortunate that the plumber was able to locate the obstruction and clear it. The plumbing in the house is over 40 years old. It could have turned into a major expense if the plumber was unable to clear the line."

"Repairman was punctual and professional at all times.  He replaced the intake valve at the base of the toilet; most of the charge was for service/ labor.  He also checked the main water valve for my house, and explained that it was in good working order.  When I asked, he explained to me how to shut the water off in the event of an emergency.  He did not charge me for checking the main water valve.  The repairman checked the toilet intake valve in my second bathroom (at no charge) also.  I will definitely use Sun Plumbing again! <br />"

"The drains in the master bathroom were stopped - backing up first in the tub - and then from the toilet seal at the bottom of the toilet. I assumed that the stoppage was just hair from the shower - as this has happened before. I removed the toilet myself however I could not clear the drains. I called at 2PM and Steve the plumber was here on time. He worked very (very) quickly - and was quiet but personable. He snaked the drain from the roof vent - and cleared the clog. He then helped me re-install the toilet and the and the toilet drain seal properly and spotted a problem...the previous owner had apparently dumped tile grout into the toilet and this was partially blocking the flow - he cleared this problem too. All of this was performed in 1-1/2 hours and the charge was about $200. Considering his attention to detail - fast work - and good results - I was happy that it was only 200. I would certainly use this company again...and would feel comfortable suggesting them to others."

"They came over to do a smoke test. The onsite plumber decided it was not worth the cost, and told us it was sewer gas coming out of the sink drains. Considering it was a guest bathroom that wasn't used much, he felt the water evaporated. He advised putting washer fluid down the sink to stop the gas (has a higher tolerance to evaporation). <br /> This did not work, and they were brought in later in the afternoon. Another set of plumbers came out and thought it was the wax ring around the toilet. This was replaced. <br /> This also did not work. <br /> Ultimately, it was not really a plumbing problem, but a rodent problem a rodent snuck in a died next to the vent pipe and can light in the attic, and that was causing the smell. If they would have checked the vent pipe originally for cracks, they probably would have found this right away, but since it ultimately wasn't a plumbing problem, I can't blame them for this. <br /> I will have to say they were nice, and came out quite quickly. If I did have a plumbing emergency, I would call them because I know they would be out quickly to help. I'm a little shaky on their Diagnostic skills, but in this case I can't really hold that against them. <br /> <br />"
