"<p> Mr. Olson of Olson Appliance Svc arrived and we discussed the microwave oven problem.  After evaluation, he advised that the main board was out and that the replacement part would cost just about as much as a new unit. He said he would gladly repair it but that I should think about it and consider just buying a new one.  He said he was not able to help me with the installation as that was a bit beyond his physical ability.  We agreed that I would contact him if I needed the repair.  I asked about the bill and he said it could wait until I decided on the repair or replacement.</p> <p>In passing, I pointed out a problem with our trash compactor.  Mr. Olson fixed it.</p> <p>We have been able to use the microwave though it is limping along.  I have not made a decision because my lovely wife wants to rebuild/redecorate the kitchen around the new microwave.  Had it not been for this evaluation reminder, I would have not recalled that we still owe Mr. Olson for his trouble call visit.</p> <p>I would gladly recommend Mr. Olson and will be calling him for any appliance repairs in our home.</p> <p>Mr. Olson, please send us your bill!!!<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Alligator plumbing has a topshelf service team with an incredible work ethic . Our remodel is already considerably past the original deadline. We have had to reschedule a family event twice already, which is now scheduled for tomorrow, July 9th 2022. Chris (topshelf plumber #1) showed up onsite and I met him in the driveway. When I saw he was alone I asked him if he was working by himself because of how much work there was to complete; 3 Sink hookups, 2 garbage disposals, refrigerator water line, dishwasher, pot filler and the gas line for the range. When Chris heard how much there was to do and that our family gathering is tomorrow, he made a couple phone calls and 3 other topshelf plumbers showed up within the hour. JUNIOR?, Lee and Sean.This was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and these incredible men busted everything out in under 3 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how hard it is in today's craziness to find a company who cares, let alone one who's employees strive to be the best.
